Having bad teeth pai

Geeting too much pain with the teeth which had cemented before.. The pain is unbearable.. N i can't able to consult doctor right now.. Plz suggest temporary medication for pain rilef

Hi sir...    The pain may be due to  secondary caries of the cemented teeth... The pain may arise if the caries reach the pulpal layer... First and foremost x_ray should be taken to confirm the diagnosis... If the secondary caries is found under the restoration it is better to do root canal treatment which provides permanent relief....

Pain can be because of secondary decay below tooth filling.x ray would confirm the diagnosis (reason for pain) You can take painkiller to subside the pain but treatment for it is a must.
