Having backside pain in ribs area

Hello dr., I am having sudden sharp pain in back side of left shoulder near ribs area and i am unable to move . It started 3 4 hours ago and now i m unable to move, lay down, twist. I have not lifted any weight.. i am a patient of vwf disease. Please help.

Did you had any similar episode in past or is this the first time? Is there any breathlessness, sweating or any other symptoms? It can be muscle spasm for which you can apply volini gel and have hot fomentation after that. But if you have severe pain You should consult nearby doctor immediately
