Ma'am dont worry. maintain you proper posture while sitting and do not sit for prolonged time. apply diclofenac and hot water fermentation twice a day at home will be helpfull. If possible take ultrasound therapy for a week or 10 days.

Assalamualaikum mam, My first question, are you a feeding mother? If you are a feeding mother then stop feeding . You can take calcium tables with your gynecologist priscription. Gynecologist will help you with your calcium level. Do not sitt for long time. Do hot or ice fermentation. Do basic back exercise.
Health Tips
Do not bend your back to lift some object from the surface bend your knee and then back then lift the object , this will not put pressure directly on your back.
