Hi Doctor, I had small accident with bike few months ago and I was injured on left knee. I took treatment from a doctor in my village. Injuries is gone but there is some flesh collected. (Please have a look attached picture). Now when I sit on my knees or when force applied on it. it pains. So please provide me some guidance. What to do. Pleas find attached picture. Thanks & Regards. Seems like a keloid If it is paining you then get it surgically removed. Can try hot fomentation. Warm oil, etc

Yup it's a keloid , just apply local heat , if it still doesn't improve , than it will need to be surgically removed
