Hardened forearm muscle

Muscle hardened below elbow. The hardened muscle has very minute pain. And it feels like the muscle is stuck to the bone and ain't moving.

It generally occurs after any exertion or after any kind of repeated movements 8f done for a long time. As the arms are not used to these kind of movements, so lead to fatigue and muscle soreness and therefore spasm.

Consult a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +TENS +heat therapy  will be helpful and will be ok within 3-4 days.
Health Tips
At home rest to the arm+ avoid exertion+hot water fomentation +pain killer gel is enough.

Happens after weight lifting or occasionally after bowling etc.

use a pain relieving ointment locally ,avoid straining the affected part give cold pack for say 4 ,5 days should be ok

Hi It may be due to overuse or some kind of weight lifting... ice pack 2 to 3 times a day and local application of ointment with forearm and arm stretching might help...

In my opinion u need to go for a new technique known as dry needling... this technique is very effective and have instant relief in muscular pain... a sterile needle will be used intramuscularly and it will be stimulated by doing a to and fro movement so that the contracted muscle get relaxed...after the technique is done cold fermentation is required to over come slight needle pricking pain..in this dere will be no blood loss will take place..get well soon take care
