Hand nerve injury

10 months ago, I over stretched my left hand, it caused severe pain for a few seconds. Since then whenever I overexert, entire hand feels weak. When I take multivitamins and B vitamins, then pain stops. So I took these vitamins for 3 months. Still whenever I stop this vitamin supplement pain comes again. Pls help.

You have to get Vit B12 levels and Vit D3 levels checked also you should consult a doctor for EMG/NCV tests for yor left hand
