Hello, I am 35 years old. From last two months getting pain on die hand, leg (shin, arch of the foot, ball of the foot, sole). Getting some relief when I press arm hard and leg sole. Heel also paining a lot while driving car. Please suggest some medicine.

Hu you are having generalised body ache May i suggest you to ger yourself evaluated for vitamin d deficiency or rheumatoid arthritis. Treatment for vitamin d deficiency is to mainly get sun exposure everyday between 11am to 2pm for atleast 20 minutes Along with the following rx T. Biod3 1-0-1 T Bonk2 1-0-0 T D3 must once a week all 3 for a month to see best results Regards Dr.Praveen
