Sleep paralysis is not a hallucination, it's a state during waking or falling asleep in which person is aware but unable to move or speak and one may hallucinate(hearing one name is most common and other types of hallucination). Sleep paralysis can occur in healthy person or in narcolepsy , drug induced , can be triggered by sleep deprivation, stress etc
Hypnogogic and hypnopompic can be normal or associated with other condition like sleep paralysis
Even auditory hallucination are common and normal if not associated with other psychotic features.
