Hairloss &dandruff
I'm feeding mother 1yr baby delivery cs .hairloss &dandruff main problem wt68,ht163,hb14.5,vitd3 15 others normal .I'm using nelabhringadi ,dabur amla hair these type hair oils but not solve my problem. Both are increasing day by day .plz suggest any effective medications oils &shampoo plz

Hi.. First of all heartiest congratulations for the journey of motherhood. See first of all I would like to ask you about the supplements you are taking while feeding. Moreover since the baby is already 1 you need to wean the baby off mother's milk. I would like you to consult in person so that the root cause of the trouble can be caught hold of and that you don't go about beating around the bush without any proper solution..

Which type of drandruff you are having? Is it of powder type or scaly type?? Do u having itching more ... ?

stop oiling now... it might worsen your condition... take plenty of water ... avoid spicy food ... use triphala choornam - make a paste and apply to your scalp and wash with feenugreek as a shampoo...
after drying your hair just apply a small amount of oil to your hair ... to avoid dryness

Hairloss is very common in breastfeeding mothers it can be bcz of the hormones or nutrient deficiencies....
Make sure u r taking ur calcium supplements...
For dandruff u can use ketoconazole shampoo..

Every new wants to be super se upar ki lady at every front just accept new role of life by adding physical stress buster of yoga or exercises like zumba/Pilate.

Initially Please find out the reason of hair fall.If Dandruff is the cause you may use Dantapala Taila or Ayyapala Taila accordingly
Can wash your hair with triphala wash and make a paste of neem leaves with buttermilk and apply over scalp
