Hairfall and thin hair

I'm having worst hair fall for the past 5yrs. my density have gone , so I cut my hair for short layers. my scalp is visible even I thinest comb. I have oily skin. I take hair bath either daily or 4days in a week . I used to have long thick hair when I was a teen. I thought Frequent change of house hard water was the reason ,after having baby I lost evn more hair , after a miscarriage it's even worst . I have good vit intake . This hair fall makes me even more stressed what should I do ? Who should I visit? Someone plsssss help me.

This is a viscious cycle , hairfall <---->Stress <---->Hairfall .. So stay out of stress Get few tests like thyroid , vit -D etc.
