Hair fall problem

I am having hair fall problem from last 2 years hairs are coming out from every part of the head not from particular side before i was seeing some small hair were growing but from last month it stopped. Mainly hair fall is happening from the two sides of forehead. Please kindly help me.

Sir in Bangalore hair fall is a common issue because of tanker water .. Pls check ur water what u r using for hair wash .. advise u to use filtered water for head bath .. hair fall occurs due to many reasons ..1) thyroid problem 2) anaemia3) stress 4) improper diet n lifestyle etc
