First oil your hair ,wait for 2 hrs than wash it with either biotique green apple or indulekha shampoo,these are preferable you can use other as well.

:- Drink milk daily :- take one tea spoon of badam rogan oil in cow milk . :- boil some curry leaves in coconut oil for ten min on low flame and stor it in a glass bottle.and apply one hr before wash. Do this two or three times in a week. :- Do not take any kind  of stress . :- change your diet add Nutritious fruits and vegetable in your diet
