A blue barrey colour of swellen on tongue but i dont have any pain but size is approx 1 and 2 and most imp is that it occur in the age of 3 to 4 yrs

Hi mam.. swollen tongue is due to so many cause   **Vitamin B2 deficiency ** Depapillation of tongue ** Adrenal gland defects(insufficient production of cortisol) ** varicose veins of tongue **Hemangioma( non cancerous tumour of dilated blood vessels) ** it may be congenital sometimes
