My husband feels that I look at other people. And he feels bad that even when he is with me I look at other people. But I don't even know that I am looking at someone. And my husband says that I have this disease. Why this is Happening? Is it some kind ko mental problem ?

Because you are clearly communicating that you are not looking at other people, your husband's perception that you are looking at other people could be considered a disorder. Instead of you, it could be your husband who requires psychiatric evaluation and treatment. Please get him consulted with a psychiatrist right away.
