H pylori,  APD

I have H Pylori, Las lex, duodenal ulcers, esophagitis and esophagus ulcer. I had chest discomfort, throat scratching and throat lump, lot of burping. I completed triple therapy for h pylori a week ago. I was good for 3-4 days. Now my symptoms have returned. I still have throat discomfort (not as intense), tiny burps very often plus stomach ache, constipation and bloating has started. My diet is very clean. I am very tensed. Will I every become normal.

One of the possibilities is resistance to triple therapy.Ideally you should Stop PPI medications for at least a week,get your stool analysis for H pylori antigen if positive again need quadruple therapy.But as you have duodenal ulcer ,you need to continue with PPI for at least 8 to weeks to heal. Revisit your gastroenterologist for further and.
