Planning to go for myomectomy in the next 2-3 months how many days I need to be in hospital for the whole procedure and is it a very painful process? How many days will I take to completely recover? And after myomectomy after how many days or months I can start family planning ?

It would be done under anaesthesia. Hospital stay depends upon the mode of surgery laparoscopy or open surgery. You can conceive after 6 month to 1 year after myomectomy depending upon whether the uterine cavity is breached or not. All these questions will be better answered by operating surgeon

Connect please. Duration of stay depends upon when u are having open surgery or laparoscopy. Avoid conception for atleast 6 months if cavity is opened. Otherwise can plan after 4 months.

Laproscopic surgery reduce the hospital stay from 1 to 3 days depending upon your problem. Wait for a normalisation period of 3 months before planning for conceiving

If u go with laproscopy u shall be discharged in 24 hours Open Surgery would require 48 hours stay It is not a painful procedure as it would be done under anaesthesia complete recovery will take about 7 days to 6 weeks you can start planning pregnancy after 6 weeks of the surgery as that is the minimum healing time

aftee 3-6 month duration till it is healed completely..for lap myomectomy sty can be for 2-3 days and depends on the doctor you is doing the surgery
