Hi, the upper gums seem to be swollen and are paining. Teeth is paining as well, the bottom set of teeth. Lips are swollen. And above the lips, it's paining as well.

Kindly attach a photo of the region of concern. Pain and inflammation can be due to abscess or deep cavity. Root canal treatment along with abscess drainage could be performed.
