Hi, i am seeing my front ( lower one) teeths are visible longer than normal and gums are also receding ? What can be done to stop it now.

Hello, good morning. If your teeth appear longer ,which means ,your gums are receading. Considering your age, its surely due to poor oral hygine. If you get your teeth cleaned professionally from a dentist,and may be you might require gum treatment as well. Please consult a dentist asap.
