Gums enlargement can cause function as well as esthetic problem. Not sure how bad it is unless i do a thorough examination but usually deep scaling we advise first and then do frequent follow ups to monitor gums health. It has been studied that tacrolimus reduces the gingival enlargement so its not wrong what has been given to you but need to check once for proper solution.

Get the Deep cleaning of teeth and gums first, then use the Gumpaint. It is fine to use as long as you’re not allergic.

Hi It is safe to use but if the gums are too much swollen and there is bleeding while brushing you may need further treatment. It will not beit is safe. much helpful but as your answer is for safety it is safe.

It is safe to use  in desquamative gingivitis. Cause of desquamative gingivitis has to be ruled out.

In my opinion, please send picture of gum first.
