Gum swelling

One gum was swelling and creating pain. Suggest tablets and mouth gel to get rid of it. Your reply is highly appreciated.

Hello sir.. Gum swelling may be due to some reasons.. **Deposits(plaque and calculus) **infection of teeth which spreads apically and cause infection nd swelling of gum.. complete clinical and radiological examination is necessary to rule out the cause.. if the swelling is due to deposits then you need to go for scaling(cleaning and polishing) of teeth.... if there is any infection of teeth then root canal treatment of teeth should be done

Please show it to your nearest dentist to rule out the cause of it. It can be because of deposits .if yes please get a full mouth cleaning done and do warm salt water rinses 4-5 times a day and you can use a gum paint named stolin over your gums apply two times a day with the help of finger just massage it over the affected area.

You should get a consult a dentist. Till then pain relive have augmentine 625 msg twice daily for 5 days (antibiotic). And ebility (pain killer)three times a day or less if not needed. With one antacid and one multivitamin once a day only to relieve till you a consult a dentist

First we should know the main cause of gum swelling and pain.... For that you have to contact local dental clinic.

For pain relief ... you can take Zerodol-sp one tablet thrice a day.. Do warm saline gargle 5 times a day...
