Gum problem

If there is a red swollen small size ball  caused in the gum between 2front teeth of a lower jaw and Dentist will do excision .what will happen next the cause will over and teeth will be removed or not?

Why will they remove the tooth? See you need to understand if your teeth is healthy then no need to remove they can be saved And for swollen gums you can go for laser and your dentist will explain you about lasers you talk to them If you need further suggestions please post photo
