Gum line receeding

Since 1 year my gum line is receeding at first I didnot notice it but now it is clearly visible my tooth length is elongated it . What should I do . Should I do some changes in my eating to make it grow back ? Should I avoid something?

A picture will help assessing your problem better ,though it can be a condition called periodontitis where your gums are not healthy and causing the gums to recede down. Sir please attach pictures. If there is recession, first step is to figure out a cause. Changes in eating is not required. A thorough examination or an online consultation is preferred
