It seems to be tooth brush trauma leading to ulceration.nothing to worry it will heal slowly in the meanwhile u can apply oraguard ointment on the affected area 3 times daily before food intake inorder to reduce the pain while eating. After application of ointment the ulcerated area will become numb so that pain won't occur while eating.
Next Steps
bifolate tablets should be taken

Hello, the picture shows ulcer formation, so you can apply dologel on that area for 2 to 3 times a day until it reduces and along with it you can also take multivitamin supplements for 15 days.
Health Tips
Donot brush too hard on that area until it reduces completely.
