It seems like the gums in relation to the wisdom teeth are inflamed and this condition is called as pericoronitis. A clinical evaluation and an x-ray will be required to arrive at the right diagnosis so that the right treatment can be advised to you. Medications will only provide temporary symptomatic relief but will not clear this problem so it will be prudent if you visit the dentist as soon as possible for proper objective steps. Regards.
