Hii,     It can be plaque arround gums or over the tongue because of poor oral hygeine.white tongue is usually caused when bacteria, food debris, get trapped between papillae on surface of tongue. You have to !make an vedio or phone call with dentist to diagnosed clearly.

adv, .Teeth brushing twice a day for two minuts. .Luke warm water rinses after each and every meal. .Tongue brushing as important as teeth brushing twice a day.
