Gum Bleeding and Pain

I am facing this issue since many days, Gum bleedings, swollen gums, bad breadth and Caveties in couple of teeth. I also have yellow teeth and want a solution to them. Please help.

Oral prophylaxis or in other words cleaning of the teeth is required which will solve all the problems to some extent The type of brush and blushing method used should also be taken to accounts For cavities filling can be done
