Gum Ache Tooth ok

I have pain in my gum, primarily on left rear side. No problem in brushing, chewing or in any way except that there is heaviness and pain. Slight pain if some pressure on teeth but spasms with muscular movements behind mouth or sometimes jaw movement. Am on alum and Plax mouthwashes.
