Im a 18 year old female. i turned 18,12 days back. is there any way i can grow a few cms tall? i have skipping rope but if i do can i grow?

Usually no further growth in hight after 18 yrs. Age. Kindly concentrate on your studies. You already have very good height.

Growth can occur till a year later from your menarche, After that natural height growth is not possible. If you are average indian height, i think there is nothing to worry
