May be due to impacted wisdom teeth?? Go for opg xray Cheek biting??

Picture is not clear but according to things mentioned above by you it seems it is a line cause by friction of your teeth & check it’s absolutely normal , you can go for rounding of your sharp edges of your teeth .

First of all your pictures are not clear. Secondly get areas with white lines is a vague description. It could be lichen planus, linea Alba etc more chances of having prominent linea Alba as you mentioned off sharp cusps. These things could be related to psychological stress. If there are holes on both side of your lips these could be salivary pots and they are absolutely harmless. So for proper diagnosis please visit a dentist. Get your sharp cusps rounded off and get an occlusal guard made. There nothing that seems worrisome by the description you have given here. Wisdom tooth extraction is a common and routine dental procedure that does not pose and ill after effects. Moreover, it’s been two years. It is NOT related to wisdom tooth’s extraction.
