Any deficiencies of vitamin B-6, B-12, biotin, vitamin D, or vitamin E can contribute to premature graying. Hereditary patterns are also common. Chemical hair dyes and hair products, even shampoos, can contribute to premature hair graying. Many of these products contain harmful ingredients that decrease melanin. Hydrogen peroxide, which is in many hair dyes, is one such harmful chemical. Excessive use of products that beach hair will also eventually cause it to turn white. Smoking has also been linked to premature graying.
Next Steps
Eating a diet with lots of antioxidant-rich foods, including vegetables and fruits, may help to prevent hair greying, avoid alcohol and smoking tobacco, limit use of hair dyes, take vitamin rich diet.
Health Tips
You can also try Homoeopathic treatment in your case as it gives really good results without any side effects.

Hello, Commonest reason for having grey hair is heredity. If either of your parents had premature greying of hair, you are bound to get it. More so, greying that happens due to heredity and genetic reasons is most often irreversible and not curable. However with Homeopathy, we can slow down the process of greying.   Thank you

Thank you for sharing! An increase in grey hair at such a young age maybe due to genetic or stress issues and I'd insist you to approach it with ayurveda to have zero side effects. You can opt for Dr. Vaidya's Herbocool to help with any scalp issues you may have and subsequently can go for Dr. Vaidya's Herbaal Oil for an improvement in your hair health.
