What you need to do is monitor your baby's activity and hydration status. To monitor the hydration of a baby, the single most useful and accurate method is by watching the urine of the baby. At this age its expected for your baby to pass urine once every 3-4 hours. If they do not pass urine or there is a delay of around 8-12 hours in urine then it may be a marker of dehydration. In such case you need to visit your paediatrician immediately.

Please see a pediatrician if the baby is not accepting orally, not passing urine for more than 6hours or appears less active.

Maintain hygiene while giving formula feeds. Hand hygiene to be followed before preparing and giving feeds. Handwashing for at least 1 minute
