At 34 weeks growth scan , placenta is grade -3 . Babys growth is 1 week delayed. Now we are at 36 weeks 6 days. Fetal movements are good. Is it a matter of concern. We did NST twice this week and fetal heart beat is reactivr. Do we have to wait or induce labor?

Calculate your delivery date by the very first ultrasound. If placenta was grade 3, there may be chances that placental clacification occurs near term.. https://gynaetalks.com/how-to-identify-labour-pain-during-pregnancy/

No. You don't have to go for induction of labour as yet. You can wait for another week and repeat NST. If NST is reactive then you can wait further. You didn't mention the amount of liquor. Please consult with me on Practo for further information and clarification.
