Hello, I required some clarification about gout diet in terms of what is safe to be consumed and what is not. Are there are restrictions in fruits and vegetables which are to be consumed?

Hi Food good for gout are berries,cherries,avocado, banana,salmon,coconut water One should avoid Red meat sugary drinks n food , beer,high fat dairy products etc
