It may be of two reasons plantar fascitis, are increased uric acid levels.. But if there is no swelling and redness means less likely of elevated uric acid causing pain.. For plantar fascitis there will be stretching exercises which will helps you,and also you can keep your heel in luke warm and cold water alternatively for 10-20min so that it will improves..
