Getting buttock pain when sit

Hi sir, i am getting buttock pain and it is high when i sit, i am getting this from past 4months, could you please help me the reason/solution to recover it? I have no sugar, and thyroid but i have cholesterol level high, pls help me?

• Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down. Bring right leg up, hold for 3 seconds, bring it down. Then right leg up and hold for 3 seconds and bring it down. Repeat twice a day- 10 times.

Hi, consult orthopaedic doctor. Buttock pain might be due to piriformis syndrome, or from back, or due statins medicine (high cholesterol), vitamin d or B12 deficiency. If pririformis syndrome - stretching exercises helps.
