I am 14, I weigh 62kg and am fairly tall (5ft 9”). I am however plagued by constant belly fat and large thighs and legs whereas my arms look slim. This only makes my stomach and legs appear larger. I’m wondering if there is anyway to slim down within a few days. I’m not very active but really wish to lose all this extra fat. It makes me self conscious am unhappy.
