I am 7 months pregnant. I was diagnosed with GD 2 months back. I am on a strict diet from then. I check my sugar regularly.My sugar levels are 80-90 fasting , 100-120 1 hr after BF and 135-170 1 hr after lunch. My gyn told me that i will need insulin. But my diabr=etologist says tat i need it only if the readings are regularly above 180. Whom to listen?
