Heyy Yeah diabetes in pregnancy is high risk but we have to control the Blood sugar as it’s almost your completion time so don’t worry we’ll manage it together. Continue diabetic diet, avoid junk and refined food. Walk daily at least 1 hour (start with 30 minutes ) Keep watch on baby movements Get you USG and few other investigations done. Risk depends on severity of derangement of blood sugars. Need to answer some questions - What’s your blood sugar level now? What medicine are you taking to control sugar ? It depends on the sugar levels. If fasting sugar is more than 95 try to bring it down. Healthy low calories diet Avoid processed sugar, starch vegetables,fruit juices. Limit your carb intake Walking 10 min after every meal If you were started on tablets take them regularly
