I am suffering from gerd and taking regular ayurvedic medicine from last 1 month. I can only see burping as a symptom now. Doctor suggested me panchkarma treatment. Will it be helpful? How long will it take to cure gerd? Or should i continue with medicine only? Thanks in Advance.

Continue medicine for one month. Panchakarma is also a good remedy if the symptoms were chronic. If the doctor suggests so, he might have inferred from your present condition. Better to go with the doctor.
