Is generic medicine are not effective as branded???..plz cleaar my doubt..what is the best place to buy cheap medicines which are effective like branded ...bcoz some medicines are very expensive like paroxetine , orlistat and so on

Generic medicine is effective, Drug from good brand is effective But drug from local brand has poor efficacy ! So buy either generic or drug from good brand

Yes generic meds are good but not tested so strictly as the ones which are made by big pharma companies..efficacy is good but side effect profile not known
