Generalized anxiety disorder

Currently on medication and psychotherapy but still there is not fully recovery. Can anyone suggest what basically psychologist do in psychotherapy. I have taken 3 session of counselling here psychologist told me i may have generalized anxiety as i don't have any specific trigger

The Information is to less to evaluate what you are going through. It will be better if you seek counselling help. Sometimes a person may be going through mild anxiety or mood disorder which can be healed with regular counselling if attended at the right time.

Need practice relaxation techniques and positive mindset. Don't expect miracles in 3 sessions. U will be alright after practice.
