New weakness with nausea and body aches in a 73-year-old should not be dismissed as stress. BP 105/65 may be acceptable if usual, but check temperature, pulse, blood sugar and hydration; give small frequent fluids and light food if she can swallow. Arrange an in-person medical assessment today, especially if symptoms persist. Go to emergency care for chest pain, breathlessness, fainting, confusion, one-sided weakness, repeated vomiting or worsening pain. I can assess her through a Practo consultation, but red flags need hospital care.

The underlying issue could be psychological which is very common in old age or physical. You can share the details here on Practo. Bp though towards the lower side is not abnormal.
Next Steps
If she is feverish too then you should get lab investigations done like cbc, lft, kft, blood sugar tests like hba1c or random blood sugar, serum electrolytes. Otherwise regular lifestyle improvements, diet and water intake will help.
Health Tips
If she has increased sweating, fainting or breathes heavily, get her checked physically immediately

BP 105/65 is not considered low by itself. weakness and nausea could be from inadequate sleep, stress, dehydration, not eating properly, or indigestion, but other causes are also possible. For now rest, take adequate fluids/ORS and small regular meals. Recheck BP after resting. If symptoms persist, worsen, or develops severe abdominal pain, repeated vomiting, fainting, chest pain, breathlessness or confusion, symptom should be evaluated promptly.

Weakness and nausea together can come from several causes. Dehydration, a mild infection, or low blood sugar are the common ones at your age.
Next Steps
Please get a basic check up done soon. New symptoms at your age are worth an in-person review rather than waiting it out.
Health Tips
Please seek medical attention right away if you develop fever, vomiting, or your BP drops further.
