Yes — starting now genuinely matters, and it's good news, not just better late than never. Regular exercise improves blood pressure, blood sugar, and cholesterol within weeks to months Consistent sleep timing resets your circadian rhythm faster than people expect Regular meals stabilize blood sugar and reduce strain on your metabolism On the checkup — good idea, not because something's definitely wrong. Getting a baseline (blood pressure, blood sugar/HbA1c, lipid profile, basic bloodwork) is smart at this point.

Starting now absolutely makes a difference — the body recovers well. Go for a full body check (blood sugar, BP, cholesterol, thyroid) to know your baseline. Then fix one habit at a time — start with 30 min daily walk and a fixed sleep time. Even small changes lower your risk of diabetes, BP and heart disease significantly. It's never too late.
Next Steps
Consult me on Practo with your test reports to plan a proper health routine.
