Hi, I have gastric problem, frequently gas going away from my ass, I have been eating garlic and hot water drinking in the early morning on empty stomach. Pls suggest

Your problem is due to fermentation in intestine Eat food in lesser quantity as u take at present, change your Life style, When U don't feel hunger avoid food take coconut water pomegranate juice watermelon etc, take Ajmodadi Churna 1 tsf bid with Lukewarm water or take Triphala Churna 1 tsf at night with Lukewarm water or Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf bid with water after meals
