Gas and bloating issues
I have issue of bloating and gas and stomach pain also sometimes if i drink some thing cold feels like vomiting and i want to go washroom sometimes 2 or 3 tyms. what should i do

You have acid peptic disease.
1. Lifestyle modification.
. Drink plenty of water.
. Avoid spicy and oily food.
. Avoid tea and coffee.
. Avoid alcohol.
. Avoid outside food.
. Stop smoking.
. Don't over eat.
. Don't eat and lie down keep atleast 2 hours of gap.
2. Medicines.
. Tab pantop D-sr twice in a day empty stomach for 7 days.
. Syrup digene 20 ml 3 times in a day for 7 days.

If these problem come as from 1 - 3 month then it's acute problem and for cure and treatment you should follow good diet plan and medicine .
And if your problems are more than 3 month then it's known as irritable bowel syndrome and it take time to cure completely and for cure and treatment you should follow strict diet plans and treatment by a registered medical practitioner.
