Hello sir/ma'am,
I have been having very very frequent gas/acidity problem since few months, I keep on burping and my stomach tightens and my chest too tightens and sometimes because of it I have chest pain and stomach pain.
Please can you tell me some natural home remedies to get rid of this problem permanently?

#1. GERD:
He states of belching and burping frequently. Currently does not take any medications. Requests providing remedies for the condition.
-Take Pantoprazole.
-Start consuming curd and probiotics.

Best natural remedy is being up and about.
Go for atleast 2 km walk morning and evening.
Don't lie down on the bed immediately after eating.
Have luke warm water.
You can try Ginger with Lime .
Avoid spicy and fried foods. No fast food.
