I already had a deep cleaning done 3months back and the dentist dint clean in my lower 3 teeth in the front side. Nw i am finding huge gap between the 2 teeth in the lower. And the dentist told there is 60%bone loss. Should i first clean that 3 teeth or go fr someother treatment?
