Hello mam Some space between the gum and the crown is normal but that basically depends on the amount of gap. If it's a new one, kindly try chewing from the same side. You will be able to figure out whether any food is actually getting stucked or not. Initially when the crown is placed, the recipient feels slightly uncomfortable as it's a new thing in the mouth which the mouth is not used to. An advice from my side is just use it for a week, you will be able to understand whether it's abnormal or just because something's new, that would become normal. Hope this helps.
