Good morning, you are welcomed Let me frame questionnaire 1. Multiple freely movable 3-4mm gallstones 2. No symptoms 3. Found during USG reporting. 4. Is it important to remove it immediately. 5. Removed with surgery only or any medicine can help melting it. 6. If surgery done then only stones are removed or full gallbladder?? 7. If gallbladder removed then can it cause harm in my future pregnancy. 8. After surgery how many time I need for conceive??? Q no 1,2,3 & 4 you are diagnosed with symptoms free multiple gallbladder stones incidental finding on USG reporting ---- Immediate Surgery  not  required. Q no 5  Both options are there but surgery have it's own merits. Q no 6 Full gallbladder with gallstones is  removed Q no 7 No  harm in future pregnancy. Q no 8 No such limitations.

Get surgery done only if symptomatic.

If symptoms of indigestion or  pain, gall bladder needs to be removed. Smaller stones cause more trouble.So I would recommend removal. Have a hemolytic workup done. Gall stones form with poorly functioning Gall bladder so the whole gall bladder needs removal Your bile duct will replace its function. Gall stones can complicate future pregnancy .it's a day care procedure.Full recovery in a week .
