Definitely you must go for surgery. No alternate option

You will require surgery even if symptomatic or non symptomatic. Go for either Robotic or laparoscopic gall bladder  surgery. If you don't go for surgery there may be possibility of developing Common bile duct stone or mild to severe pancreatitis or gall bladder may be perforate.
